COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS AT DERMACE LASER CLINIC
Clients are asked to complete intake forms prior to their appointment. An email will be sent the day before the appointment with a link. For new and existing clients, a Covid-19 Questionnaire will now have to be completed prior to each appointment which includes questions about travelling within two weeks of scheduled appointment or if they are feeling unwell.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT
An appointment is required upon arriving to Dermace Laser Clinic.
You will be required to wear a mask or face covering & use hand sanitizer while in the clinic. If you don’t have a mask or sanitizer, they will be provided.
You will be required to take a body temperature screening upon your arrival. This will be performed by the treating clinician at the front office before bringing you into the treatment room. If you have a fever, a cough, or any respiratory symptoms, you’ll be asked to leave and visit a healthcare facility immediately.
One person at a time. Unfortunately, we can't allow friends and family in the clinic.
Social distancing is important. If someone is in the waiting area, please keep your distance or wait outside or in the car.
